Have you seen me? I’m your proxy!

March 31, 2014

I was mailed out to 870 Ridgeview Ranch homeowners on March 11, 2014 with a notice of the annual meeting on April 8, 2014, but I have not been returned.  Without me, your HOA board and members can not conduct the important business necessary at our annual meeting including the election of two board directors.  So far only about 69 of me have been returned, but 174 of me need to be returned THIS WEEK!

You can use the form attached to help make that happen.  Download me, fill me out, and send me back to CCMC ASAP.  Don’t worry, if you plan to attend the meeting in person, send me back anyway!  You can rescend me when you check-in at the meeting!

Here are some ways to get me back to CCMC…

  • Email to mverde@ccmcnet.com
  • Fax to 469-246-3501
  • Mail or deliver to Ridgeview Ranch HOA, attn: Melissa Verde, 2301 W. Plano Parkway Suite 100, Plano, TX 75075

Your help in returning me is appreciated!  Thank you!

If you are ready to get started, you can fill out a volunteer application here:

Not sure you know how to help?  Well, start by attending our Annual Meeting, Tuesday, April 8th at the Davis Library in Plano.  Drop in around 6pm to meet community leaders and current volunteers.  Building a greater community begins with YOU!  if you are not sure about volunteering, contact a current volunteer, board member, chair or CCMC.  Our contact information is located on the ABOUT tab.  Don’t let Ridgeview Ranch become a community wthout leadership.  Please volunteer your time – whatever time you can – Today!
