Community Management Team Update

Change is underway once again at CCMC!  Our community is welcoming back a familiar face to once again manage our community.  Diane Parker has been appointed as Community Manager for Ridgeview Ranch and the Manors. With over 12 years of experience in the management field, Diane holds AMS Certification (Association Manager Specialist), CMCA certification,  and also holds a Professional Community Association Manager certification (PCAM) which requires 5 years of direct community association management experience and successfully passing the PCAM Case Study, administered by CAI (Community Association Institute). The vast knowledge, ability and commitment Diane shares with each community she oversees is going to help take Ridgeview Ranch HOA to the next level. As a born and raised Texan, she is happy to be working with us!  

In addition to Diane’s appointment, we are pleased to welcome Joyce Jagodzinski as our Community Coordinator.  Joyce is a native Michigander that moved to Texas in 2011. Joyce’s work experience is diverse and includes the medical, mortgage and banking arenas but her passion for people and communication is a constant in all she does. She joined CCMC this summer as a receptionist in our Plano office and in September happily accepted the new position supporting Diane in managing CCMC communities.

CCMC recently moved to a new building on the Dallas North Tollway in Plano.  Unfortunately, construction issues have adversly affected their phone service.  As they continue to work to rectify their issues, please use CCMC’s main customer service phone number to be transferred directly to our CCMC team.
